Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital product
URCOOKD.com is operated and sold by Melius cras, MB (registry code 304502341) as a digital service delivered immediately upon purchase. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Art. 16(m)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once you have started using the digital content, which you expressly acknowledge at checkout.
2. When we refund
We will gladly issue a full refund in the following cases:
- You were charged but never accessed the paid features.
- A technical failure on our side prevented you from using the service for more than 72 hours.
- Duplicate or accidental charge.
Requests must be made within 14 days of the charge.
3. Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until its end. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused time on a started billing cycle.
4. How to request a refund
Email urcookdcom@gmail.com with the email used at purchase and (if possible) the Stripe receipt number. We respond within 5 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback — most issues can be resolved faster directly.
