URCOOKD.com is a digital information service that produces calm, plain-language risk verdicts about health-related claims. It is provided "as is" and is not medical advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

5. Acceptable use

  • No automated scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of rate limits.
  • No submitting content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
  • No using the service to make medical, diagnostic, or treatment decisions for yourself or others.

6. Paid plans

Paid plans (e.g. Upgrade) are billed via Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout in EUR or USD and include applicable taxes where required. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

7. Intellectual property

All site content, branding, design, and code are owned by URCOOKD.com or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, URCOOKD.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made based on output from the service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion via urcookdcom@gmail.com.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Vilnius, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
